To introduce us a little further into the ways of animating, we had a greenscreen induction today where we were shown how to take our models and use a screen to put them in a different background. This would be useful for times when we would want to use an elaborate background in a narrative but it would be too complicated or take to much time to build up separately, especially if it is a very short scene. For this induction we actually used a blue coloured screen instead of green as my character features a lot of green and this would have been filtered out in the after effects process.
Here is the preview of my character in front of the blue screen without editing.
Here is the fully edited version of my character, as you can see it's a gradient background and this
would be useful if you were presenting the character to a client and wanted a better presentation of them.
